- ウールなどの素材は非常に繊維質が多く、使い始めの数週間は毛玉ができることがあります。これはラグから余分な繊維が抜け落ちるため正常な現象です。できる限り手で毛玉を取り除き、ブラシ付きの掃除機は絶対に使用しないでください。繊維が引っ張られて切れてしまう恐れがあります。毛玉は時間とともに徐々に減っていきます。
